California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosures

Overview
This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page ("Disclosure") supplements the LongPlus Privacy Policy and is effective as of February 18, 2020. The LongPlus Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
The personal information that LongPlus collects, or has collected, from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act:
1). Identifiers such as your name, address, or phone numbers;
2). Personal information, such as payment card information;
3). Your age, gender, or other protected classifications, for example if you share this information with us as part of participating in our program or responding to a survey;
4). Commercial information, such as purchase history;
5). Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as information about your interactions with LongPlus products, websites, mobile applications, and social media pages;
6). Geolocation data;
7). Audio or visual information, such as video recordings stored in connection with LongPlus Cloud;
8). Professional information, for example data you may provide about your business if you interact with LongPlus as a business partner of ours;
9). Inference data, such as information about your interest in different LongPlus products and services.
Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for a Business Purpose
The personal information that LongPlus disclosed about consumers for a business purpose in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act:
1). Identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone numbers, for example if you choose to connect with us through our customer support;
2). Personal information, such as payment card details, for example if we use a third-party payment processor;
3). Your age, gender, or other protected classifications, for example if you choose to participate in a survey distributed by a survey provider;
4). Internet or other electronic network activity information;
5). Audio or visual information;
6). Professional information, for example data you may provide about your business if you interact with LongPlus as a business partner of ours in order to conduct business between our companies.
Right to Request Access to tr Deletion of Personal Information
You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to request information about the collection of your personal information by LongPlus, or access to or deletion of your personal information. If you wish to do any of these things, please send email with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line to service@longplus.com.
Depending on your data choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable.
No Sale of Personal Information
In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, LongPlus has not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
No Discrimination
LongPlus will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
