Only compatible with the LongVision App

LongPlus PoE camera system only compatible with the LongVision App.

1. Download the App:

   • Search for "LongVision" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

   • Alternatively, scan the QR code provided with your device to download the app directly.

2. Create an Account:

   • Open the app and register for a new account using your email address.

3. Add Your Device:

   • Ensure your NVR or camera is connected to the internet.

   • Go to System > Information > P2P Status on your device and check if it shows "Online".

   • Use the app to scan the SN code QR (located on the device or in the settings) to add it to your account.

4. Access Remotely:

   • Once the device is added, you can view live footage and manage settings remotely via the app.
